Václav Nekvapil
Managing Partner at CEC Group
Václav Nekvapil is the Managing Partner of the Prague office of international public affairs consultancy CEC Group. He graduated in political science from Charles University in Prague and the École nationale d’administration (ENA) in France. He worked as senior adviser to members of Parliament, for the Office of Government and in a think-tank. He also worked as an expert in political marketing and electoral strategy. Since 2012 he has served as President of Association of Public Affairs Agencies of the Czech Republic (APAA), he is Vice-President of Public Affairs Community of Europe (PACE) and a registered lobbyist in the EU Transparency Register.
