Bogdan Ślęk

Director of Public & Government Affairs CEE at Signify Poland sp. z o.o., with many years of experience in the lighting industry, since 1992 associated with Philips Lighting. He took an active part in the transformation of the company, building a modern structure of sales of products in Poland and Eastern Europe. He led the implementation of the IFC / GEF Poland Efficient Lighting Project, and many other projects to improve energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
As an expert in energy efficiency, Mr. Ślęk is involved in the Polish and international projects. He remains an author of numerous articles and scientific publications in trade press and also the expert opinions for the Ministry of Economy Development and the Inspectorate for Environmental Conservation.
He is currently the Chairman of the Development Committee of the Polish Lighting Companies Association “Pol-lighting” as well as a member and Vice Chairman of the Polish Committee on Illumination.
