Piotr Marczuk joined Honeywell’s Government Relations team as Director in May 2020 focusing on the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region and to help drive growth in HBT and Aerospace across Europe.
Piotr is working on key policy and regulatory issues, including energy efficiency, infrastructure, civil aviation and defense, and is providing support for major pursuits with government customers and state-owned enterprises. Piotr is also creating and implementing the government relations strategy for the CEE region in support of the region’s growth strategy.
Piotr brings more than 20 years-experience in government and government relation roles. He spent the last 12 years supporting Microsoft as the Corporate Affairs Director for Central and Eastern Europe where he coordinated EU, regional government and policy outreach strategies in co-operation with CEE business leadership and with the Government Affairs team in Brussels. He is also an active member of the industry community in Poland holding a Chairman position in the Digital Technology Employers Association Lewiatan.
Prior to Microsoft, Piotr worked at British American Tobacco where he held several roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of regulatory affairs and corporate social responsibility. He began his career as an Executive Clerk in the Parliament’s Plenary Sessions department. Piotr holds a Master of Law from the University of Lublin.
Piotr is based in Warsaw. He is a proud father of two children, in partnership with Dominika, spending his free time finishing a newly built house, cooking, learning to play electric guitar and listening to ‘80s music.
