Mark Boris Andrijanic
Head of Public Policy, CEE at Uber
Mark Boris Andrijanič is Uber’s Head of Public Policy in Central and Eastern Europe. He is responsible for establishing partnerships with governments and cities in the area of urban mobility and digital transformation. Prior to joining Uber, Mark Boris was a Visiting Fellow at the Martens Centre for European Studies in Brussels, where he worked closely with the European Parliament and European Commission on key EU policies. Before coming to Brussels, Mark Boris advised the Government of Sierra Leone in the area of economic reforms. In his native Slovenia, he co-founded and led some of the leading NGOs aimed at promoting active citizenship and entrepreneurship. He became a David Rockefeller Fellow at the Trilateral Commission and Millennium Fellow at the Atlantic Council in 2017. Mark has co-founded and led Slovenian Oxford and Cambridge Club since 2017. He received his Master’s in public policy from the University of Oxford and has a degree in law from the University of Ljubljana.
