Antonija Mrsic Radas currently works at the Rimac automobili company as Head of Government Relations and EU Funding. Her work there involves managing team, activities and processes related to identification of possible state and EU funding opportunities, preparation of project proposals, implementation of received aid, technical and financial monitoring and reporting, as well as managing national government and EU relations. She participates many working groups and networks, including Brussels-based Knowledge4 Innovation platform as a Management Board Member.
She is a specialist in research, innovation, entrepreneurship and competitiveness policy with more than 15 years of experience in public, non-governmental and private sector, having worked in all l stages of policy cycle on national, European and global level. She is an expert in campaigning, agenda setting; designing government strategies, programmes, laws, grants schemes; including project assessment; coaching grant applicants and start-ups; project proposal writing; implementation of aid schemes as a beneficiary; monitoring; and programme evaluation).
She is also experienced programme and project manager, having lead multi-million € worth public and private initiatives.
Mrs Mrsic Radas holds a PhD in Public Policy and Development from the University of Zagreb, Croatia.
