Participant registration information, including all and any personal data such as full name, gender, address, contact information (phone number, e-mail etc.), date of birth and any additional information needed to perform registration.

Payment and credit card information, including all and any information, such as full name, credit card, debit card or bank information, that will be shared with third party payment processors in order to perform ticket payment transactions only.

We may contact you for the purposes of confirmation of personal information or sale of tickets. To assure the highest level of services provision we may record such calls.

To attend the Event, you are required to access the virtual event platform. You will have the option of providing us with additional profile information in the Event app, such as name and email address, and whether you want your profile information to be discoverable within the app by other participants and partners of the Event.

If you register on the virtual event platform using your social media account(s), we may receive certain information from that account, such as your title, picture, and other information you authorize. We may use your friends or connections lists to make recommendations in the virtual event platform, for example to suggest mutual connections.

We may ask you to participate in optional surveys regarding your experience at the Event in order to help us improve the event and for related commercial purposes.
We collect this information to:

Identify You as the registered user of our virtual event platform;

Provide our services to You;

Prevent access to Your personal data by unauthorized individuals and to prevent any fraudulent activities;

Follow requirements on person identification, established by payment processors;

Provide technical support to our Users concerning the virtual event platform: for registration or removing registration data, restoring access to personal data (restoration of lost password, login, closed account), assistance in other matters arising during the use of the Website;

If you subscribe to marketing, such as newsletters, we will use your information as described below. We may collect information from these communications to improve our Services and for the training and development of our staff.

The Administrator neither collects, nor processes any of Your card identification data and does not bear any liability for performance of transactions by the means of using such information. The respective liability is solely borne by the respective Operator.

We protect Your information using security standards such as firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our premises and information access authorization controls. We also authorize access to Your information only for those employees or contractors who require it to fulfill their job or service responsibilities.

Please pay attention that the information You voluntarily disclose on the personal information page, on events or social networks becomes public and open to other Website users.
