PR and GR activities do not always go together well. There are situations where companies and governments don’t make their collaboration public. Still, the general trend is towards greater transparency and more publicity around all government relations.
The question many GR professionals are discussing is how to turn a PR campaign supporting GR activity into a powerful tool to enhance overall impact.
